Section 13-14-1-10 - Programs and facilities; assistance to local units

The department shall encourage and assist units of local government in developing programs and facilities for the following:

(1) Air, water, radiation, odor, and noise pollution control.
(2) Wastewater treatment.
(3) Water resource development.
(4) Solid waste management.
