Section 12-9.1-5-3 - Annual report(a) Beginning December 1, 2021, the division shall submit annually: (1) a summary of the dementia strategic plan; and(2) a report concerning outcomes from implementation of the dementia strategic plan; to the general assembly.
(b) The dementia strategic plan and report required under subsection (a) must be submitted in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.Added by P.L. 36-2021,SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2021.
