Section 12-9-5-3.5 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Implementation of recommendations; updates(a) The division shall provide to the division of disability and rehabilitative services advisory council established by IC 12-9-4-2 quarterly updates regarding the implementation of the recommendations made by the services for individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities task force under IC 12-11-15.5 (before its expiration).(b) This section expires December 31, 2027.Added by P.L. 131-2024,SEC. 3, eff. 1/1/2025.
