Section 12-30-7-13 - Health center board of managers; election of president and vice president; term of office; minute book

At the annual meeting the board of managers shall elect a president and vice president who serve for one (1) year terms. The proceedings of the board of managers shall be recorded in an official minute book maintained by the secretary.
