Section 12-25-2-7 - Order entered in accordance with suspension or revocation

If the secretary or the secretary's designee suspends or revokes a license, the secretary or the secretary's designee shall enter an order in accordance with the suspension or revocation in which the grounds of the suspension or revocation are set forth.
