Section 12-24-14-4 - Deposit in state mental health fund of money deposited under IC 12-24-14-3

On the first day of each month, or within three (3) days thereafter, all money deposited under section 3 of this chapter shall be forwarded by the division to the treasurer of state to be deposited in a special fund to be known as the mental health fund.
