(a) This section applies to a member of the council who is appointed under section 3(8) of this chapter.(b) Notwithstanding section 3(8)(C) of this chapter, for the appointments made in 2012, eleven (11) members shall be appointed for a term of four (4) years, and eleven (11) members shall be appointed for a term of three (3) years.Added by P.L. 28-2012, SEC. 11, eff. 7/1/2012.
