Section 12-17.6-9-3 - Disclosure of information authorized

The use and the disclosure of the information described in this chapter to persons authorized by law in connection with the official duties relating to:

(1) financial audits;

(2) legislative investigations; or

(3) other purposes directly connected with the administration of the program;

is authorized.
