Section 12-17.6-8-5 - Hearing procedure(a) At a hearing held under section 4 of this chapter, the applicant or recipient and the office may introduce additional evidence.(b) A hearing held under section 4 of this chapter shall be conducted under rules adopted by the secretary for applicants and recipients of Medicaid that are not inconsistent with IC 4-21.5 and the program.As added by P.L. 273-1999, SEC.177.
