Section 12-17.6-6-8 - Conditions for reinstatement of provider under sanction

Except as provided in section 10 of this chapter, a provider sanctioned under section 2 of this chapter may not be declared reinstated as a provider under this article until the office has received the following:

(1) Full repayment of the amount paid to the provider in excess of the proper and legal amount due, including any interest charge assessed by the office.

(2) Full payment of a civil penalty assessed under section 2(4) of this chapter.
