Section 12-17.2-6-12 - Registration fees of division(a) The division shall charge a child care ministry a fifty dollar ($50) fee for processing a registration under section 2 of this chapter.(b) The division shall deposit the fees collected under subsection (a) in the division of family resources child care fund established by IC 12-17.2-2-3.As added by P.L. 1-1993, SEC.141.
