Section 12-17.2-3.5-9 - Communication devices(a) A provider shall have at least one (1) working telephone in each facility where the provider operates a child care program.(b) A provider shall, in each facility where the provider operates a child care program, have a communication device (which may be the telephone required by subsection (a)) that is: (1) approved by the division; and(2) compatible with an automated time and attendance tracking system approved by the division.Amended by P.L. 171-2014, SEC. 7, eff. 7/1/2014.As added by P.L. 247-2001, SEC.3.
