Section 12-17.2-2-14.4 - State police department release results of national criminal history background check; division prohibited from releasing records(a) The state police department shall release the results of a national criminal history background check conducted in accordance with this article to the division.(b) The division may not release records received from the state police department under subsection (a).Added by P.L. 2-2014, SEC. 69, eff. 3/13/2014.
