Section 12-16-7.5-7 - Responsibility for the payment of hospital care; limitations

The division is not responsible under the hospital care for the indigent program for the payment of any part of the costs of providing care in a hospital to an individual who is not either of the following:

(1) A citizen of the United States.

(2) A lawfully admitted alien.
