Section 12-15-38-5 - Interagency agreement permitted for Indiana department of health to act in accordance with federal requirements

The Indiana department of health and the office shall enter into an interagency agreement to allow the Indiana department of health to carry out the department's responsibilities under this chapter in accordance with federal requirements.
