Section 12-15-35-28.5 - Therapeutics committee dutiesThe therapeutics committee established under section 20.5 of this chapter shall do the following:
(1) Advise and make recommendations to the board in the board's development and maintenance of a preferred drug list under section 28 of this chapter.(2) Submit to the board a proposed preferred drug list that has been approved by a majority of a quorum of the therapeutics committee.(3) Advise and make recommendations to the board in the board's review and maintenance of a preferred drug list.As added by P.L. 107-2002, SEC.18.
