Section 12-15-30-3 - Medicaid claims; finance and administration; plan options

The office shall select an approach to finance and administer Medicaid claims consisting of one (1) of the following:

(1) A direct provider payment plan administered by the office.

(2) A direct provider payment plan administered by a fiscal agent.

(3) A managed care organization.

(4) Any combination of the plans described in this section.
