Section 12-15-25-2 - Marketing or advertising not precluded

This chapter does not preclude a provider from marketing or advertising the following:

(1) The provider's services to the general public.

(2) Special therapies or services, such as those offered to ventilator-dependent patients or patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) or Alzheimer's disease.

(3) Children's units.
