Section 12-15-20.5-1 - Unavailability of federal matching funds; nonimplementation of state laws

The office is not required to implement or continue to implement IC 12-15-16, IC 12-15-17, IC 12-15-18, IC 12-15-19, or IC 12-15-20 if the means of financial matching described is or becomes contrary to federal law.
