Section 12-15-13-0.7 - Addition, deletion, or modification of locators

The office may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 that add, delete, or modify the locators contained in section 0.6(a)(1) of this chapter as necessary to conform with:

(1) changes in federal law or regulation; or

(2) directives from the United States Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
