Section 12-15-12-0.5 - "Emergency services"

As used in this chapter, "emergency services" means covered inpatient and outpatient services that are:

(1) furnished by a provider qualified to furnish emergency services; and

(2) needed to evaluate or stabilize an emergency medical condition.
