Section 12-13-7-7 - Money received by state under federal Social Security Act; treasurer as custodian

The treasurer of state is the custodian of money received by the state from an appropriation made by the United States Congress for the purpose of cooperating with the states in the enforcement and administration of the federal Social Security Act.
