Section 12-12-3-1 - Establishing or contracting for establishment of center

The bureau shall:

(1) establish, equip, and operate; or

(2) contract to establish, equip, and operate;

a rehabilitation center to assure that comprehensive rehabilitation services are available to blind and visually impaired individuals.
