Section 10-21-3-10 - Confidentiality; prohibition on disclosure(a) The identity of a person who has enrolled in, participated in, or completed the firearms instruction described in section 4 of this chapter is confidential.(b) A charter school, accredited nonpublic school, or school corporation may not disclose the identity of any person described in subsection (a) unless otherwise required by law.Added by P.L. 218-2023,SEC. 2, eff. 7/1/2023.
