Section 10-16-9-12 - Disorderly conduct in presence of court-martial(a) A person connected with the military service: (1) shall treat a court-martial with respect; and(2) in default of respectful consideration, may be proceeded against by arrest and trial.(b) A person who is not connected with the military service shall behave with respect and decorum toward a court-martial.(c) A person who engages in disorderly conduct in the presence of a court-martial commits a Class C infraction.Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-2-5-12.
