Section 10-10.5-4-1 - Prohibition of broadcasting Social Security number

After June 30, 2023, a law enforcement officer, a law enforcement agency, or an employee of a law enforcement agency may not broadcast a Social Security number over a police radio unless the broadcast is encrypted.
