Section 1-1-1.1-5 - Preservation of certain noncode statute concerning transfer of state agency or facility to private control

Section 2 of this chapter does not repeal P.L. 9-1991, SECTION 124 (concerning the construction of that act relating to the transfer of state agency or facility to private control).
