Section 625 ILCS 5/6-417 - Instructor's license

Each driver training instructor's license shall authorize the licensee to instruct only at or for the driver training school indicated on the license. The Secretary shall not issue a driver training instructor's license to any individual who is licensed to instruct at or for another driver training school.
