Each application for dispatcher's or an operator's employment permit shall be accompanied by a filing fee in the amount provided or prescribed by the Commission. Each application for renewal of an operator's or dispatcher's employment permit shall be accompanied by a filing fee in the amount provided herein or prescribed by the Commission.
