Section 625 ILCS 5/11-1427.1 - Operation of an all-terrain vehicle or off-highway motorcycle on ice

All-terrain vehicles and off-highway motorcycles may be operated on the frozen waters of this State subject to the provisions of this Section and the rules of the Department of Natural Resources.
