When used in this Act unless the context otherwise requires:
(a) "War Service" means the following:(1) Membership in any of the military, naval or air forces of the United States or any of its allies;(2) Internment in any country outside of the United States;(3) Absence from the United States with inability to return due to war conditions;(4) Any service arising out of or in connection with war, which prevents the trustee from giving the proper attention to his duties; while the United States is engaged in war with any foreign nation.(b) "Trustee" means any person who is a trustee or a co-trustee of any express trust and any person whose consent or direction on any matter is required by the terms of the trust.(c) As used herein words importing the masculine gender include the feminine, words importing the singular number include the plural, and the word "person" includes "association" and "corporation".Laws 1943, vol. 1, p. 1367.
