Section 730 ILCS 180/15 - Conviction Information(a) Within 60 days after the effective date of this Act, each circuit clerk shall forward monthly to the Illinois State Police a copy of the judgment for each and all persons convicted of an offense within the definition of methamphetamine manufacturer, as defined in Section 5 of this Act, during the previous month.(b) Within 120 days after the effective date of this Act, the Director of Corrections shall forward to the Illinois State Police a list of all persons incarcerated or on mandatory supervised release, who have been convicted of an offense within the definition of methamphetamine manufacturer, as defined in Section 5 of this Act.Amended by P.A. 102-0538,§ 1085, eff. 8/20/2021.Added by P.A. 094-0831, § 15, eff. 6/5/2006.
