Section 725 ILCS 5/110-6.6 - Appeals(a) Appeals under this Article shall be governed by Supreme Court Rules.(b) If a hearing under this Article is conducted by means of two-way audio-visual communication or other electronic recording system, the audio-visual recording shall be entered into the record as the transcript for purposes of the appeals described in subsection (a). Nothing in this Section prohibits a transcription by a court reporter from also being entered into the record.Added by P.A. 102-1104,§ 70, eff. 1/1/2023.
