Section 725 ILCS 5/102-3.5 - "Aftercare release"

"Aftercare release" means the conditional and revocable release of a person committed to the Department of Juvenile Justice under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987, under the supervision of the Department of Juvenile Justice.
