Section 720 ILCS 646/45 - Methamphetamine Manufacturing Waste(a) It is unlawful to knowingly burn, place in a trash receptacle, or dispose of methamphetamine manufacturing waste, knowing that the waste was used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
