Section 235 ILCS 5/6-27 - Licensing of seller and server education programs(a) Any program designed to educate or train employees who sell or serve alcoholic beverages at retail to identify and address persons displaying problems with alcohol misuse or abuse shall be licensed by the State Commission.(b) A seller and server education program license in effect on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 91st General Assembly shall remain in effect until June 30, 2000.P.A. 89-507, eff. 7/1/1997; 91-922, eff. 7/7/2000.
