Section 225 ILCS 454/15-65 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2030] Regulatory enforcement

Nothing contained in this Article limits the Department in its regulation of licensees under other Articles of this Act and the substantive rules adopted by the Department. The Department is authorized to adopt any rules that may be necessary for the implementation and enforcement of this Article 15.
