Section 225 ILCS 230/1009 - Examinations(a) Applicants shall undergo examinations provided or approved by the Agency for the purpose of determining if the applicants can demonstrate a practical working knowledge of the design, operation, and maintenance of sanitary landfills . No certificate shall be issued prior to successful completion of the applicable examination.(b) Examinations conducted or approved by the Agency shall be held not less frequently than annually.
