Section 225 ILCS 75/8 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2029]A person shall be qualified for licensure as an occupational therapist if that person:
(1) has applied in writing in form and substance to the Department;(3) has completed an occupational therapy program leading to a Masters or doctoral degree, or its equivalent, approved by the Department; and(4) has successfully completed the examination authorized by the Department within the past 5 years.Amended by P.A. 098-0264,§ 10, eff. 12/31/2013.Amended by P.A. 093-0461, § 10, eff. 8/8/2003.
