Section 225 ILCS 37/76 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2029] Compelling testimony

A circuit court, upon application of the Department or its designee, or of the applicant or licensee against whom proceedings under this Act are pending, may enter an order requiring the attendance of witnesses and their testimony, and the production of documents, papers, files, books, and records in connection with any hearing or investigation. The court may compel obedience to its orders by proceedings for contempt.
