The Director shall be named as trustee on any bond required of any person subject to the Packers and Stockyards Act of 1921, as amended in 1976, if the home office or headquarters of that person is located within this State. The Director shall have the authorities granted him in Section 205-410 ofthe Department of Agriculture Law (20 ILCS 205/205-410) and the rules adopted pursuant thereto.
