Section 220 ILCS 5/13-207 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2030]

"Local Access and Transport Area (LATA)" means a geographical area designated by the Modification of Final Judgment in U.S. v. Western Electric Co., Inc., 552 F. Supp. 131 (D.D.C. 1982), as modified from time to time.
