Section 215 ILCS 5/511.105 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2027] License(a) The Director shall cause a license to be issued to each applicant that has demonstrated to the Director's satisfaction compliance with the requirements of this Article. (b) Each administrator license shall remain in effect as long as the holder of the license maintains in force and effect the bond required by Section 511.104 and pays the annual fee of $200 prior to the anniversary date of the license, unless the license is revoked or suspended pursuant to Section 511.107. (c) Each license shall contain the name, business address and identification number of the licensee, the date the license was issued and any other information the Director considers proper.Amended by P.A. 093-0032, § 75-25, eff. 6/20/2003.
