Section 215 ILCS 5/8 - [Section scheduled to be repealed effective 1/1/2027] Principal office and place of business

The principal office of any company organized under this article shall be located in this State. Unless the Director has approved otherwise, the principal place of business of any company organized under this article shall be located in this State.
