Section 205 ILCS 657/105 - [Repealed Effective 1/1/2026] Sale of Exchange Act; Foreign Exchange License Act; existing licensees

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, licensees under the Sale of Exchange Act or the Foreign Exchange License Act in good standing on the effective date of this Act shall be licensed under this Act upon the filing of and approval by the Department of a renewal application in accordance with Section 40 of this Act.
