Section 330 ILCS 126/40 - Charge upon Claims and Causes of Action; Right of Subrogation; Recoveries

Sections 11-22, 11-22a, 11-22b, and 11-22c of the Illinois Public Aid Code apply to health benefits provided to veterans or spouses under this Act, as provided in those Sections.
