Section 305 ILCS 5/15-1 - Definitions As used in this Article, unless the context requires otherwise:
(a-5) "County provider" means a health care provider that is, or is operated by, a county with a population greater than 3,000,000. (b) "Fund" means the County Provider Trust Fund.
