All receptacles for gasoline or benzol used in the retail trade, except tank wagons or trucks, shall be red and shall be labeled "gasoline" or "benzol" as the case may be. The State Fire Marshal shall promulgate rules specifying the labeling requirements for such receptacles. It shall be unlawful in such retail trade or anything pertaining thereto to put gasoline or benzol into any receptacle of any other color than red and not labeled as above required.
It shall also be unlawful to put any other liquids or oils except gasoline or benzol in such receptacles theretofore used for gasoline or benzol, so long as such receptacles are so painted red and labeled "gasoline" or "benzol".
The Office of the State Fire Marshal shall have power to enforce this Act.
