Section 415 ILCS 90/7 - Evaluation and reportThe Agency shall submit to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before January 1, 1995, a report evaluating the effectiveness of the programs provided under this Act including all of the following:
(1) An assessment of the need for a continuation of existing programs.(2) The need for the development and implementation of new programs, including appropriate funding mechanisms.(3) Any legislative and administrative action necessary to fully implement a comprehensive household hazardous waste management program in Illinois.
