Section 410 ILCS 53/10 - Definitions

For the purpose of this Act, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Alliance" means the Illinois Suicide Prevention Alliance.

"Department" means the Department of Public Health.

"Plan" means the Illinois Suicide Prevention Strategic Plan set forth in Section 15.
